A: No. As long as the ‘Everything’ chat is enabled, TimeMojo will be able to read it. This means you can have the chat covered up by other tables, other programs, pulled out to the side, etc.

A: To resolve this issue, disable UAC. Click the Start button, select Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings, and move the slider down to the lowest level. You must restart your machine for this change to take effect.

A: This is likely because the dealer ‘Everything’ chat option is not enabled. To do this, click the chip rack or options button at the top of a table and select ‘Everything’ under “Dealer Messages”. If this does not solve the issue, try restarting both TimeMojo and PokerStars.

Please note that TimeMojo requires the PokerStars chat to be in English to work properly. To change the chat to English, click the ‘Language’ menu in the PokerStars lobby (in between ‘Cashier’ and ‘Requests’) and change “Play in” to ‘English’.

If this does not work, try restarting both TimeMojo and PokerStars/FullTilt and making sure they are being ran as administrator. Please make sure you are also running the latest version of PokerStars by updating the PokerStars client. You can do so by navigating to: C:\Program Files\PokerStars and running PokerStarsUpdate.exe

In the event that a PokerStars update causes TimeMojo to stop working, you can restore the previous version of PokerStars until a TimeMojo update is ready by following these instructions Restore Previous PokerStars Version

A: All blank HUD popups can usually be solved by restarting both TimeMojo and PokerStars (completely shut down both before restarting either one). The best way to see if the HUD popup is working is to check your own.

TimeMojo will automatically add new hands played to your database. However, if you feel like your HUD popup stats are not updating, you can always import your .tmr (TimeMojo timing files) by selecting the DB tab in TimeMojo. This will ensure your database contains every hand you have played while using TimeMojo.
