CyMojo Software Policies
This policy covers how CyMojo Software treats personal information that CyMojo Software collects and receives, including information related to your past use of CyMojo Software products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
CyMojo Software collects personal information when you purchase CyMojo Software products or services.
CyMojo Software collects information about your transactions with us. CyMojo Software automatically receives and records information from your computer including software and hardware attributes when you run Time Mojo.
CyMojo Software uses information for the following general purposes: to contact you, for customer support, to fulfill your requests for products and services through us or our affiliates, to improve our products and services, and to verify that you are using a valid software license when you run an CyMojo Software product.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
CyMojo does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to CyMojo Software products, such as service announcements and, administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
CyMojo Software may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our site.
We encourage all users to take advantage of our full featured free trial before buying Time Mojo.
Once you have purchased Time Mojo, if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund BEFORE you have used your purchase code AND within 7 days of purchasing we will issue a full refund (PayPal purchases only).
If you have already used your purchase code, or more than 7 days have passed since your purchase we do not offer refunds for any reason.
There are no refunds for SeatMojo licenses.
All Time Mojo sales come with Lifetime Free Updates. During this period you will have free access to anything we decide to release as an update. Most of the new things we add to Time Mojo will be provided as an update. We release updates to expand the program, and fix bugs. We may develop something like a major new feature set or a standalone program and decide to sell it as an optional add-on or standalone program and not as an update.
CyMojo Software LLC reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, decide that a new software product, or an upgrade or add-on to Time Mojo is NOT an update to Time Mojo and that it must be purchased separately. Your subscription to free updates will NOT grant you access to any software products or Time Mojo upgrades or add-ons that we decide to sell separately. All updates will be released at CyMojo Software’s sole discretion. CyMojo Software does not promise to release regular updates and is in no way obligated to provide updates to Time Mojo.

The use of all CyMojo Software products is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). Please read our EULA carefully when installing our software.
